Shipping policy

Processing. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding US holidays). You'll get a confirmation email at purchase and a tracking email the moment it ships.

Delivery. US delivery typically takes 5–10 business days after processing. Track anytime via the Track Your Order page. 

Shipping cost. Free shipping on your first order. Any shipping cost on later orders is shown at checkout before you pay.

Address changes. Email support@vesperskincare.com as soon as possible — we can update the address any time before your order ships.

Damaged, lost, or delayed. If a package arrives damaged, email support@vesperskincare.com within 14 days with a photo and your order number — we'll replace or refund it, no return needed. If tracking stalls, email us and we'll chase the carrier and make it right.

Subscriptions. Renewal shipments follow the same times; we email you before each one ships.

International. We currently ship within the United States only.
