About the treatment
What is Vesper? Vesper is an at-home micro-infusion system built specifically for body skin. A gold-plated 0.5 mm stamp makes hundreds of tiny, controlled channels in the skin — and the same motion feeds a repair serum straight through them. The stamp wakes your skin's own repair response; the serum gives it the raw material to rebuild with. Wake it, feed it, repair.
How is Vesper different from creams? Creams sit on the surface. Loose skin doesn't start on the surface — it starts deeper, in the dermis, where the collagen and elastin that held your skin taut have worn down. A cream can't reach that layer, and it can't make your body rebuild. Vesper does both: the stamp triggers your skin's repair response, and the serum goes in through the channels to feed it. That's why it works where creams can't.
How is it different from clinic microneedling? Clinic microneedling stamps the skin but leaves it to rebuild with whatever's already there. Vesper pairs the stamp with a body-formulated serum that goes in through the same channels while the repair response is firing — so your skin rebuilds with collagen and peptides on hand, not on empty. And it's built for the body: deeper needles and a larger serum volume per zone, not a face tool borrowed for the body.
Can I use it on my face? No. Vesper is calibrated for body skin — belly, arms, thighs. The needle depth and serum are made for thicker, less sensitive body zones, not the face.
What's in the serum? A short, deliberately simple formula — every ingredient with decades of research behind it:
- Sodium Hyaluronate — deep hydration
- Hydrolyzed Collagen — pre-broken collagen, sized small enough for skin to take up as raw building material
- Oligopeptide-1 — a signaling peptide that turns the repair signal up
- Acetyl Hexapeptide-8 — a peptide that supports the look of firmness
- Carnosine — an antioxidant
- Dipotassium Glycyrrhizinate — a licorice-derived calming agent
No fragrance, no essential oils, no alcohol, no retinol, no acids — anything harsh stings through freshly stamped skin.
Results & timing
How soon will I see results? You feel something the first session — prickling, warmth, a worked-on feeling. Visible change takes time: the first weeks are quiet, a small notice around week 3, more obvious by month 2, clearest from months 3–6. Most women hear it from someone else before they fully trust their own mirror.
How often do I treat? Once a week, about 15 minutes.
What if it doesn't work? 90 days, full refund. Use it for 90 days — if your skin doesn't feel tighter, denser, or more held, email us and send it back. Used or unused, empty serums included. Safety & sensation
Does it hurt? No. Ultra-fine 0.5 mm needles — you feel them, you don't wince from them. Prickling, warmth, a worked-on feeling in the spot you stamped. Not sharp, not nothing. A treatment feeling.
Is it safe? Yes. Microneedling has been studied for 20+ years. Vesper uses a stamp instead of a roller — clean vertical channels, no dragging, less irritation. Expect some redness for a few hours after; for most people, that's it.
Can I use it while pregnant or breastfeeding? Check with your doctor first. We don't recommend starting any new skin treatment during pregnancy or breastfeeding without medical clearance.
Can I use it on broken skin? No. Don't use Vesper on broken skin, active acne, sunburn, or open wounds. Wait until skin has fully healed.
I have eczema, rosacea, or psoriasis — can I still use it? Talk to your dermatologist first. Vesper is generally well tolerated, but anyone with an active skin condition should get medical clearance before starting.
I'm on blood thinners — can I use it? Check with your doctor first. Microneedling can cause minor bleeding, which can last longer if you're on blood thinners.
What about sun exposure? Avoid direct sun on treated areas for 24 hours, and use SPF on treated zones whenever you're outside.
Can I use it with other skincare? Yes — but skip retinol, acids, and exfoliants on treatment day; they can sting through the open channels. Resume them the next day.
Storage & care
How long does the serum last? Each vial is single-use — one treatment per vial. Don't store opened vials.
Where should I store the kit? A cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight. Don't refrigerate.

How long does shipping take? Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–8 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Do you ship internationally? Currently shipping only to the United States and Canada.

Can I cancel or change my order? Email hello@tryvesper.co as soon as you can — orders process within 1–3 business days, so reach out quickly if you need a change before it ships.
How do I return a product? Email hello@tryvesper.co with your order number within 90 days of purchase. We'll send a pre-paid return label and the return address. The 90-day guarantee covers your first kit, opened or unopened, empty serums included. (Subscription renewals — your 2nd kit on — are returnable unopened within 30 days of delivery; skip or pause anytime from your account dashboard.)
When will I get my refund? Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of us receiving your return, back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take a few more days to appear.

What payment methods do you accept? All major credit and debit cards, plus the express wallets at checkout — Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Can I split my payment? Yes. Shopify Installements is available for eligible orders.
