At Stillday, every product is inspected before it leaves our facility.
If an issue occurs during normal use, our support team will review your case and determine the appropriate resolution under our warranty guidelines.

We handle warranty requests directly and fairly.


What This Warranty Covers

This warranty covers manufacturing or material defects that occur under normal, intended use, starting from the shipping date of your order.

If a defect is confirmed, we will provide a replacement or appropriate solution based on the issue.


What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or abuse

  • Exposure to liquids, excessive force, or environmental damage

  • Normal wear, cosmetic changes, or material aging over time

  • Damage resulting from modifications, accidents, or unauthorized repairs

How to Request Warranty Support

To request warranty service:

  2. Include your order number and clear photos or videos showing the issue

  3. Our team will review your request and confirm whether it qualifies under warranty

Products sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
